What Winnr collects when you build your site or write to an athlete, why, for how long, and how you stay in control.

Data controller

What Winnr collects

Your account
Your email and password, stored encrypted, or your name and email if you sign in with Google. They let you sign in and let us write to you about your account.Until you delete your account.
Your site
What you fill in: name, nickname, discipline, weight class, club, bio, record, photos, videos, sponsors, links and the contact details you choose to show. It is public; that is what a site is for.Until you delete your account, which also erases your photos and files.
Messages sent to an athlete
The sender's name, email and message, and who they are (sponsor, promoter, press, fan). They are forwarded by email to the athlete.12 months, then deleted.
The winnr.fr showcase
If you agree, your name, photo and record appear on Winnr's home page. The box is unticked by default.Until you withdraw, in Settings.
Abuse protection
Your IP address and the request type, and your email if you ask for a new password, to block repeated attempts.24 hours, then deleted.
Audience measurement
Vercel Analytics counts page views, country and device type, without cookies and without following you across sites.Aggregated figures, no identifier.

On what basis: the service you ask for, for your account and site; your consent, for the showcase; and Winnr's legitimate interest in forwarding messages, preventing abuse and measuring its audience.

Photos and cut-outs

When you cut out your action photo, the work happens in your browser: your photo is not sent anywhere for it. Only the cut-out model is downloaded, from Google's and jsDelivr's servers, which see your IP address as for any file. Your photos are then stored at Supabase with the rest of your site.

  • VercelSite hosting and audience measurement.
  • ResendWinnr's emails, including contact messages.

Cookies

Winnr only uses the cookies needed to keep you signed in. No advertising cookies or trackers, so nothing to accept. Your browser also remembers where you stopped while building your site, so you can pick up from there.
